Castor Oil is rich in vitamins and essential nutrients to help hydrate dry, cracked lips. Jojoba Oil is rich in Vitamins E and B complex as well as several minerals, helping to restore moisture and softness to the lips. Sweet Almond Oil is extremely nourishing, with great emollient properties, acting as an excellent moisturiser for dry skin.

Castor Oil is extracted by pressing the seeds of the castor plant. It is naturally astringent, so it helps pull impurities from the skin, making it ideal for oily or combination skin. It can also be used on dry skin in lesser amounts. This versatile oil is packed full of fatty acids, in particular Omega 3, which helps to stimulate the growth of healthy tissue.

Jojoba Oil (Organic) is a powerful liquid wax produced in the seed of the Simmondsia Chinensis plant which are indigenous to Southern United States and Northern Mexico. Jojoba Oil has been used as a moisturiser by Native Americans for centuries, thanks to its natural moisturising and antimicrobial properties. Similar to human sebum, Jojoba Oil contains natural minerals including Vitamin E, which is key for promoting a healthy and clear complexion. Jojoba Oil is so versatile that it has also been proven to reduce the effects of free radicals.

Rosemary Leaf Extract is produced from the leaves of the Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) plant. It is a powerful antioxidant which protects against free radicals and the effects of environmental stressors on the skin. This wonderful herb helps to support collagen development and assists with natural preservation, containing antimicrobial, antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Sweet Almond Oil is obtained from the dried kernel of sweet almonds. It contains high levels of fatty acids, Vitamin E, potassium, proteins, zinc, and a number of other vitamins and minerals. Sweet Almond Oil is extremely nourishing, with great emollient properties, acting as an excellent moisturiser for dry skin.

Vitamin E is also called “tocopherol” and is a vital component for healthy skin. Vitamin E helps to protect against free radicals, which come from various sources including pollution, UV radiation and poor nutrition, and which play a large part in the ageing process. If we can fight off free radicals, then we can reduce wrinkles and keep the skin youthful-looking. Vitamin E also helps tighten and firm the look of skin, as well as providing effective hydration and moisturising qualities.

Wild Carrot Oil is made from the seeds of the wild carrot, rich in beta-carotene and antioxidants. This nutritive oil is used in our products for its healing and medicinal effects. Carrot oil contains high levels of carotenoids, components of vitamin A and powerful antioxidants. It also has high levels of tocopherol, a fat-soluble form of vitamin E.
