Olive Squalane is a plant active that has a good affinity with all skin types, allowing it to penetrate deeply into the skin, for ultimate levels of hydration. Aloe Vera (Organic) is a cactus plant which has thick, fleshy leaves and contains a clear gel. It has been used for a host of purposes since the ancient Egyptians called it the “plant of immortality.” Provides emollient, hydrating, softening, healing, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Oat Meal Extract is made from rolled oat kernels (Avena Sativa) and was used by the Greeks and Romans for its ability to treat skin conditions and to beautify the skin. The bioactive compounds, including flavonoids, beta glucan, silica and phenols, are renowned for their anti-inflammatory and moisturising properties.  It is rich in nutrients, including Vitamins A, B and E, amino acids, protein and enzymes, and helps to soothe and protect sensitive or irritated skin.

Olive Oil is a fat obtained from the olive and known to be a potent moisturiser. Olive Oil keeps the skin soft and hydrated and can similarly be used for hair. It is used around the world because of its anti-aging properties, with high levels of antioxidants, helping to fight free radicals and prevent cell destruction - this helps the visible signs of ageing.

Squalane (Olive) is derived from pure olive oil. It is an elegant emollient that prevents moisture loss and restores the skin's suppleness, elasticity and flexibility. Squalane is found naturally in the sebum of human skin and has an excellent, non-greasy feel.

Benefits of Moisture Therapy Body Lotion

How to Apply

1. Best applied within 5 minutes after a bath or shower.

2. Pump into the palm of your hand and apply liberally to your skin.

3. Gently rub in until fully absorbed, letting the beautiful, natural ingredients nourish and protect your skin.

4. Enjoy soft and hydrated skin with a silky smooth finish and no sticky or greasy residue.

As with all skincare, if irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

Skincare Tip – Moisturising straight after your shower can be highly beneficial for those with dry skin. Water evaporates quickly off your skin, so moisturising soon after your shower helps to trap some of the water on your skin, helping to keep your skin hydrated.

Body butter contains less water and more oils, giving it a thicker consistency than body lotion. It can be ideal for those who suffer from dry or very dry skin and require a more intense hydration. It can also form a protective barrier on the top of your skin to prevent moisture loss.

A nice light lotion

I like this lotion best because it's light enough during the hot days of Australia. If it's too heavy, it only sweats off and this one is light enough that it doesn't.
